Curated (curated.io) is seeking a Sales Lead to run our sales efforts here in NYC. This individual will be responsible for leading the team on achieving new revenue opportunities and establishing creative ways to grow the business. There will be significant opportunity and upside for this individual, as they will set the foundation and build a 'dream team' of Account Executives. They will report directly to our Founder.
The ideal candidate is established in B2B sales and is savvy on emerging startups. This person is competitive, goal-oriented, and revenue driven.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales strategy that achieves revenue goals and increases market share
- Deliver robust sales tools & flows that expertly position and communicate Curated’s value proposition to potential clients
- Regularly track sales team metrics & market feedback for leadership
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly growth quotas, closing strategic deals with priority prospects
- Work cross-functionally to support various company initiatives
- Serve as an ambassador for Curated, in market, clearly explaining our value proposition to potential clients
- Embody the mission and vision of Curated with an understanding of how and why we do what we do
- 5+ years of B2B sales & experience, ideally (but not required) at another digital-first brand or media agency
- Proven track record of executing a strategy and exceeding quotas
- Strong familiarity with the start-up space (specifically emerging direct-to-consumer brands and tech companies)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
- Highly organized and process oriented, but able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
