Sales Coordinator (Contract)

New York / Remote

Curated is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in a contract role. This individual will be responsible for executing a sales strategy focused on driving new user acquisition. You will be tasked with accelerating pipeline growth, sharing Curated’s value with potential users, and helping to maintain lead-gen initiatives. 

The ideal candidate has prior experience within a sales-focused role. This individual is competitive, numbers driven and highly motivated. You are familiar with the startup space, emerging brands, and have your eye on the pulse when it comes to potential leads for our business. You are the individual who gets excited about finding new brands on Instagram. 

At Curated, we have built a global ecosystem to connect users with experts for high value project needs. Our product is a first-of-kind solution for high-value transactions, currently focused on re-inventing the agency model.

  • Source, manage, and update a variety of outreach lists + databases 
  • Execute on robust email outreach targets with the aim to start substantial conversations with prospects
  • Respond to, initiate calls with, and engage prospective clients - when relevant connecting them with our Account Leads to begin projects 
  • Help improve on and evolve various sales materials and documents  
  • Support our partnerships team by sourcing potential partners + various partnership opportunities
  • Provide new and unique ideas on how to better engage and convert potential prospects 
  • Work cross-functionally to assist with other sales-focused tasks that may be required within the business 


  • 2-4+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role 
  • Knowledgeable and open to the needs of emerging companies and growing start-ups, with the ability to translate those needs into actionable outreach 
  • Experience operating a CRM + Linkedin Sales Navigator 
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite + excel 
  • Strong written & verbal skills
  • Experience within a SaaS platform or Digital Media Agency preferred
  • Highly, highly organized. Thrives off a good list and a constantly changing environment
  • Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative startup team
  • Wants to do good things with good people
