Sales Account Executive

New York City

Curated (curated.io) is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in NYC. This individual will be responsible for outward client sales and incoming communications, including identifying and closing new prospects.

The ideal candidate has had prior experience in B2B sales and is also savvy on emerging startups. This person is competitive, goal-oriented, and is often the first touchpoint into Curated.

Requirements

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of new business through proactive outreach, qualified leads, and targeted account mappings
  • Expertly position and communicate Curated’s value proposition to potential clients whether by phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly growth quotas
  • Identity new revenue opportunities and creative ways to grow the business
  • Help to execute strategy and targets established by Sales Lead + Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally to support various company initiatives
  • Embody the mission and vision of Curated with an understanding of how and why we do what we do

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally (but not required) at another digital-first brand or media agency
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong familiarity with the startup space (specifically emerging direct-to-consumer brands and tech companies)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly organized and process oriented, but able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative startup team where no task is too small (or large)

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
